Terms of service

Last updated 2026-05-25 · Plain-English version.

Agreement

By using TrafficLoopback (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Inventive HQ / Sean Conroy ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use it.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at sean@inventivehq.com if you suspect your account is compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Run ads that violate any law (false advertising, fraud, etc.)
  • Promote illegal products, malware, or scams
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals
  • Use the service to attack other systems or violate others' privacy
  • Bypass safety/approval mechanisms (auto-approval gates exist for a reason)
  • Generate ad creative that infringes copyright, trademarks, or patents

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated content

Some content generated by the Service is produced by AI models (Google Gemini). While we run hallucination guards (fact-bank verification) to minimize false claims, AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated creatives before they go live. Use the approval queue.

Beta status

The Service is currently in closed beta. Features may change, data structures may evolve, and downtime may occur. We'll communicate material changes via email and the changelog.

Pricing + billing

Indicative pricing is published at /pricing. Early-bird customers (first 25 waitlist signups) get 6 months free in exchange for case-study participation. Once billed, month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no proration refunds, but no charge for the next month.

Data ownership

Your data is yours. Ad creatives you upload, fact-bank entries you write, sites you register — all owned by you. You can export it or request deletion at any time. We use it solely to operate the Service for you.

Aggregate, anonymized performance data (e.g. "ads with X structure tend to perform Y% better") may be used to improve the Service's recommendations.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use section above. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes are resolved in San Diego County.

Changes

Material changes will be emailed to customers with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
